ELVIRA SALLERAS

Elvira Salleras is the founder and managing partner of Elvira Salleras & Associates and is a Director of Veritamus. Mrs. Salleras is the legal adviser to the Consulates General of Italy and France. She represents several foreign and local clients in diverse matters touching on various aspects of the law including, joint ventures, technology transfer and distribution and representative agreements. She is also involved in establishing legal structures and providing legal advice on establishment and regulatory compliance for multinational companies operating in various sectors of the Nigerian economy.
JEFFERY SPEARS
CEO
Jeffrey Spears is the CEO, Veritamus with overall responsibility for the Veritamus business operations. Jeffrey is a former banker with over +33 years of experience across Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. His experience encompasses Derivatives, Corporate & Investment Banking, Private Equity, Private Banking and Multi Family Office. He was Regional Head of Financial Institutions for Standard Chartered’s Africa business and was based out of Lagos, Nigeria. He is also a former Board Director for Nigerian American Chamber of Commerce & Franco Nigerian Chamber of Commerce.
